Returns

Please contact us first by email @info.cmcanow.org before shipping the product you would like to return. We can let you know whether an exchange is possible. All returns, exchanges, and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To complete your refund we require an order number.
